Direct to Garment Digital Printing is done with an ink jet printer much like you use at your desk. Images are full color with no setup or screen charges. Just like any inkjet printer, large images take more ink and longer time to print than do small images. Prices are set accordingly. Ink jet inks are sprayed through nozzles onto the shirt. Because the ink must be thin enough to pass through these nozzles it does not cover as well as the thick inks used in screen printing. It works very well on light colored shirts, it will not work on dark shirts. We have been running our current printer for more than a year with ZERO customer complaints. Screen Printing is done by forcing platisol inks through mesh screen templates onto the shirt. Because these inks are thicker and cam be printed in layers, one over the other, screen printing is the best way to print dark colored shirts using light colored inks. In some cases a white “underbase” is printed on the shirt prior to adding the other imprint colors in turn over this underbase Our digital film making and automatic press means that our screen printing is clean and detailed. A large gas fired conveyor drier cures the ink perfectly preventing cracking.

Crest size is a typical left chest size logo up to 16 square inches.
Full size is full front or back up to 144 square inches.
Jumbo prints are larger than 144 square inches up to a maximum imprint size of 14w x 16h.
Prices are based on approximately 50% ink coverage. Email your image for a firm quote.
We offer digital printing ONLY on very light shirts. Dark shirts are screen printed.
